摘　　要：文章主要讨论了中医在脓毒症治疗中的作用,特别是活血化瘀法的应用。文章概述了脓毒症的中医病机认识,描述了活血化瘀法的现代药理研究及其在治疗脓毒症中的临床应用。西医目前对脓毒症的治疗尚无特效疗法,而中医的活血化瘀法通过多靶点、多成分、多环节、整体调节的优势,能够阻止炎症—凝血网络异常对脏器功能的进一步损伤。多项研究显示,活血化瘀法可以改善患者的凝血功能,降低炎性反应,保护内皮功能,甚至减少并发症的发生,提高生存率。This article mainly discusses the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis,especially the application of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The article provides an overview of the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of sepsis,describes the modern pharmacological research of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and its clinical application in the treatment of sepsis.As mentioned in the article,there is currently no specific treatment for sepsis in western medicine,while the traditional Chinese medicine method of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis has the advantages of multi-target,multi-component,multi link,and overall regulation,which can prevent further damage to organ function caused by abnormal inflammation coagulation network.Multiple studies have shown that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis can improve the coagulation function of patients,reduce inflammatory reactions,protect endothelial function,and even reduce the occurrence of complications,thereby improving survival rates.
