基于火神派从真武汤论治阳虚型糖尿病肾病

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者常见的微血管并发症之一。我国约20%~40%的糖尿病患者合并糖尿病肾病,患病率高,病程进展快,严重影响患者生存质量。中医认为本病是由饮食不节、过度劳倦、先天不足、后天失养、失治误治等病因导致。清末火神派开山宗师郑钦安集前人思想创立扶阳理论,在治疗上重视人体阳气。为探析糖尿病性肾病的治疗,文章结合火神派的扶阳思想,从真武汤以温阳利水之角度论治糖尿病肾病,以期拓宽对糖尿病肾病的临床治疗思路。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common microvascular complications in diabetic patients.About 20%~40%of diabetic patients in China are combined with diabetic nephropathy,with high prevalence and rapid progression of the disease,which seriously affects the quality of survival of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is caused by dietary disorders,overwork,congenital deficiency,acquired malnutrition,failure to treat the wrong treatment and other etiological factors.In the late Qing Dynasty,Zheng Qin'an,the founding patriarch of the Fiery God School,set up the theory of supporting yang by integrating the ideas of the previous generations,and emphasized the yang qi of the human body in the treatment.In order to analyze the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the perspective of Zhenwu Tang to warm yang and benefit water is combined with the idea of supporting yang of Huoshen School in order to broaden the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
