摘　　要：随着全球糖尿病患者人数的逐年增加,糖尿病俨然成为威胁人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题。而糖尿病所带来的影响不仅仅是血糖上的升高,长期的代谢失衡可能会影响到多个系统的损伤,常见的受累部位为眼、肾、心脏、血管与神经,随着病情的进展成为糖尿病后期死亡的主要原因。目前西医治疗糖尿病的“五驾马车”策略复杂,难以实施,因此新的糖尿病治疗方案仍然有待开发。丹参是常用的中草药之一,性苦寒,归心、肝二经,化瘀活血之功尤佳。丹参作为临床糖尿病治疗的补充用药,在调控血糖方面有较好疗效,而且其不良反应小、毒性低,又可多靶点治疗的特点更是得到医师们的认可,随着科技的进步,丹参及其有效治疗成分逐渐成为研究的热点。文章力求为丹参在内分泌系统疾病的临床应用和研究提供参考。With the increasing number of diabetes patients worldwide,diabetes has become a worldwide public health problem threatening human health.The impact of diabetes is not only the increase in blood sugar,but also the long-term metabolic imbalance may affect multiple system injuries.The common affected parts are eyes,kidneys,heart,blood vessels and nerves.With the progression of the disease,diabetes has become the main cause of death in the later stage of diabetes.Danshen root is one of the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines,which is bitter and cold in nature,returns to the heart and liver meridians,and has the function of removing blood stasis and activating blood circulation.Danshen root,as a supplementary medicine for diabetes,has a good effect on regulating blood glucose,and its adverse reactions are small,toxicity is low,and it can be treated with multi-target therapy.With the progress of science and technology,Danshen root and its effective components have gradually become the research hotspot.
