预见性保健指导应用于儿童保健中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿发育和行为的预见性保健指导在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年5月在河源市妇幼保健院儿童健康管理中心进行常规儿童保健体检的120例足月婴幼儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组仅接受常规婴幼儿保健服务,观察组在对照组基础上实施婴幼儿发育和行为的预见性保健指导。比较两组婴幼儿行为发育情况、体格发育情况。结果:在6个月和12个月时,观察组婴幼儿大运动、精细动作、情绪反应、适应能力和社会行为评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在6个月和12个月时,观察组婴幼儿年龄比身高、年龄比体质量、身高比体质量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿发育和行为的预见性保健指导能够提高婴幼儿的行为及体格发育,对促进婴幼儿早期身心健康发育具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effects of proactive health guidance on the development and behavior of infants and toddlers in child health care.Methods A total of 120 full-term infants and toddlers who underwent routine child health check-ups at the Child Health Management Center of Heyuan Women and Child Health Hospital and health institute from April 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received only routine infant and toddler health care services,while the observation group additionally implemented proactive health guidance for the development and behavior of infants and toddlers.The behavioral and physical development of the infants and toddlers in both groups were compared.Results At 6 and 12 months,the observation group scored higher in gross motor skills,fine motor skills,emotional response,adaptive ability,and social behavior than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months,the observation group had higher ratios of age to height,age to body weight,and height to body weight than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Proactive health guidance for the development and behavior of infants and toddlers can enhance their behavioral and physical development,which has positive implications for promoting the early physical and mental health development of infants and toddlers.
