急诊中毒相关疑难病诊治的新近认识

摘　　要：本文介绍了8种急诊中毒救治相关疑难病或病理过程,主要有膜翅目昆虫螫伤后严重过敏反应导致的系统型肥大细胞增生症、脂肪乳解毒治疗时的脂肪超载综合征、蜱虫叮咬后α-半乳糖综合征、中毒性油综合征与嗜酸性粒细胞增多-肌痛综合征、炒饭综合征、肠道发酵综合征与膀胱发酵综合征、病态建筑综合征和QT间期延长综合征。急诊临床医师应认识这些比较疑难,实际上并不少见的综合征,以提高急诊临床诊治水平,最大限度地避免误诊误治。This article introduces eight difficult diseases or pathological processes related to emergency treatment of poisoning,mainly including severe allergic reaction after being stung by Hymenoptera insects,especially for systemic mastocytosis,fat overload syndrome during detoxification treatment of fat emulsion,α-galactose syndrome after tick bite,toxic oil syndrome and eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome,fried rice syndrome,gut fermentation syndrome and bladder fermentation syndrome,sick building syndrome,and QT prolongation syndrome.Emergency clinical physicians should recognize these complex and not uncommon syndromes in order to improve the level of emergency clinical diagnosis and treatment,and minimize misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
