摘 要:以纯氨为试验对象,通过常温、预热等试验条件,掺混不同比例的空气对着火特性进行研究。氨在常温条件下,化学当量比为0.5~1.3之间以及纯氨条件下都无法自身稳定着火燃烧。氨气在700℃、800℃预热温度下,点火后能够自行稳定燃烧,随着预混空气的比例增加,燃烧状况变差,直至熄火。氨气530℃热解后会产生氢气,这是氨气预热条件下能够着火燃烧的主要原因。Using pure ammonia as the experimental object,the ignition characteristics were studied by mixing different proportions of air under normal temperature,preheating and other experimental conditions.Ammonia cannot ignite and burn stably on its own under normal temperature conditions,chemical equivalence ratios between 0.5 and 1.3,and pure ammonia conditions.Ammonia gas can burn stably on its own after ignition at preheating temperatures of 700℃and 800℃.As the proportion of premixed air increases,the combustion condition deteriorates until it stalls.After the pyrolysis of ammonia at 530℃,hydrogen gas is generated,which is the main reason why ammonia can ignite and burn under preheating conditions.
