摘  要:煤粉在能源和工业领域中广泛应用,因此准确评估煤粉的质量是至关重要的。基于分子光谱的煤粉分析方法提供了一种快速、准确的评估煤粉质量的手段。为了实现对煤粉在生产过程中的在线监测,我们开发了一个基于分子光谱的煤粉分析在线监测系统。本文介绍了该系统的原理、构成和在线监测的效果。用近红外对煤炭的水分、灰分、挥发分、发热量进行了测定。本文利用近红外光谱法快速预测多种煤炭。Pulverized coal is widely used in energy and industrial fields,so it is very important to accurately evaluate the quality of pulverized coal.The pulverized coal analysis method based on molecular spectrum provides a fast and accurate method to evaluate the quality of pulverized coal.In order to realize on-line monitoring of pulverized coal in the production process,we developed an on-line monitoring system for pulverized coal analysis based on molecular spectrum.This paper introduces the principle,structure and on-line monitoring effect of the system.The moisture,ash,volatilization and calorific value of coal were determined by near infrared.In this paper,near infrared spectroscopy is used to predict many kinds of coal rapidly.
