摘  要:火电机组汽轮机低压外缸结构复杂,由于多次转运,发生碰撞,导致缸体变形,在不便返厂修理的情况下,根据金属材料热胀冷缩的机理,对比了几种矫正方法,选择对钢结构筋板位置进行加热,从而实现了大型复杂钢结构的变形矫正处理,在较短的时间内,变形问题得以解决。The structure of the low-pressure outer cylinder of the steam turbine in thermal power units is complex.Due to multiple transfers,collisions occur,resulting in deformation of the cylinder body.When it is inconvenient to return to the factory for repair,several correction methods are compared based on the mechanism of thermal expansion and contraction of metal materials.The position of the steel structure rib plate is heated,thus achieving deformation correction treatment for large and complex steel structures.In a short period of time,the deformation problem is solved.
