基于中外文献关键词网络分析的知识产权信息服务研究

摘　　要：知识产权信息服务是加强知识产权强国建设,支撑国家参与全球化竞争的重要途径。利用文献可视化工具,通过高频关键词共现、聚类、突现分析,对2013-2022年知识产权信息服务领域发表的中外文相关文献进行对比,探索近10年该领域研究现状、热点和发展趋势的差异。研究发现,专利分析仍然是知识产权信息服务的核心内容;国内图书馆尤其是高校图书馆成为知识产权信息服务网点之一;中外文文献都十分关注知识产权信息服务平台建设、公共服务体系建设。相比之下,中文文献重点针对用户需求提升服务能力、服务效果等,对知识产权信息服务的商业模式探索较少,对版权、商标关注不够。从近10年的研究主题演进阶段中可以看出,中文文献中知识产权信息服务领域研究起步于科技查新,在平台建设中不断完善,初步构建服务体系。而外文文献则关注新技术在知识产权信息服务中的应用,重视专利分析、版权以及信息安全等相关问题。Intellectual property information service is an important way to strengthen the construction of intellectual property power and support countries to participate in global competition.Using the literature visualization tool,through the co-occurrence,clustering and burst analysis of high-frequency keywords,this paper compares the relevant Chinese and foreign literature published in the field of intellectual property information services from 2013 to 2022,and explores the differences in research status,hotspots and development trends.The study finds that patent analysis is still the core content of intellectual property information services.Domestic libraries,especially university libraries,have become one of the intellectual property information service outlets.Both Chinese and foreign literature are very concerned the construction of intellectual property information service platform and public service system greatly.In contrast,Chinese literature focuses on improving service capabilities and service effects for user needs.There is less exploration of the business model of intellectual property information services,and insufficient attention to copyright and trademarks.From the evolution stage of research topics in the past 10 years,it can be seen that the research on intellectual property information service in Chinese literature started from scientific and technological novelty search,continuously improved in the platform construction,and initially constructed the service system.Foreign literature focuses on the application of new technologies in intellectual property information services,and attaches importance to patent analysis,copyright and information security.
