摘　　要：奥林匹克格言“更团结”新标语的提出,是对奥林匹克精神的重要拓展与内涵升华,它超越了竞技层面的单一追求,触及了人类社会共同面对挑战时所需展现出的团结协作、共克时艰、命运一体的深层价值。这一理念的融入,不仅为国际体育治理注入了新的活力与方向,更在国际法领域激起了关于“团结”原则应用与深化的广泛讨论与深刻反思。采用文献分析法和比较法,细致考察了奥林匹克新格言中“更团结”的发展脉络、实践困境及时代意义,同时与国际法框架下“团结”原则的背景和内涵进行跨领域比较,旨在探讨奥林匹克“更团结”的独特价值对国际法“团结”原则的升华,在此基础上提出关于“团结”原则多领域适用的完善建议,为构建更加和谐、包容、协作的国际体育秩序提供宝贵启示。The addition of the word"Together"to the Olympic motto,is an important expansion and sublimation of the Olympic spirit,which transcends the single pursuit of athleticism and touches upon the deeper values of solidarity,cooperation,combating difficulties and the unity of destiny that human societies need to demonstrate when facing challenges together.The incorporation of this concept has not only reinvigorated and directed international sports governance,but also aroused extensive discussion and profound reflection on the application of the principle of"solidarity"in the field of international law.The study reviewed relevant literatures to examine in detail the development context,practical dilemma and contemporary significance of"Together"in the new Olympic motto,and meanwhile,conducted a cross-disciplinary comparison and contrast with the background and implication of the principle of"Solidarity"under the framework of international law,aiming to explore the sublimation of the principle of"solidarity"in international law by the unique value of"Together"of the Olympic Games.The study then on this basis,put forward suggestions for the application of the principle of"Solidarity"in multi-fields,so as to provide insights for building a more harmonious,inclusive and cooperative international sports order.
