摘  要:针对体装式太阳电池阵在轨工作温度过高会引起焊点和电池串互连片失效,导致部分太阳电池串开路的问题,提出了一种闭环调节主动负载来控制卫星太阳电池阵峰值温度的方法.通过闭环调节增加或减少负载功率的方式,避免出现太阳电池阵分流或开路,让太阳电池阵尽可能多发电,使得太阳电池阵吸收的能量以电能的方式尽可能多地转移出去,达到降低太阳电池阵在轨峰值温度的目的.给出了太阳电池阵峰值温度控制方法及澳门科学一号A卫星在轨验证情况,太阳电池阵在轨峰值温度下降16℃左右,验证了该方法可行.Excessive temperature of the body-mounted solar array can cause the failure mechanism of solar array string interconnection sheets and solder joints,which will finally induce the open circuit of some solar array strings.To solve this problem,a method was presented by using close loop active load to reduce the temperature of solar array.The ways to increase or decrease the load power through closed loop control were proposed to make the solar array generate as much electricity as possible,so that the energy absorbed by the solar array was transferred to specific payload in the form of electrical energy for the purpose of reducing the peak temperature of the solar array on orbit.This method is validated to be feasible on orbit verification,and the solar array peak temperature of Macao Science Satellite-1-A is decreased by 16℃.
