摘  要:目的探讨在住院妊娠期糖尿病孕妇健康教育中使用思维导图结合回馈理论的应用效果。方法选取144例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各72例。对照组使用常规健康教育,研究组使用思维导图结合回馈理论进行健康教育,比较两组孕妇的认知水平、自我管理能力、血糖水平及妊娠结局。结果干预后研究组孕妇认知水平和自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组孕妇血糖水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇的不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图结合回馈理论可以提高妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的疾病认知水平、自我管理能力,有效控制血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of using mind map and feedback theory in the health education of hospitalized pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 144 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into control group and study group with 72 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received conventional health education,and the research group received mind mapping combined with feedback theory to conduct health education.The cognitive level,self-management ability,blood sugar level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the cognitive level and self-management ability scores of pregnant women in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping combined with feedback theory can improve the cognitive level of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),effectively control the level of blood glucose and improve the quality of life.
