拮抗剂方案应用于辅助生殖技术中的优势评价

摘　　要：目的研究拮抗剂方案应用于辅助生殖技术中的优势。方法选取本院56例首次行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕的患者,经随机数字表法分为两组,每组28例。对照组应用卵泡期长方案,研究组应用拮抗剂方案,对比两组相关指标情况。结果研究组患者的促性腺激素(Gn)总剂量明显少于对照组,Gn天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的妊娠率、活产率、卵巢过度刺激发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的获卵数、优质胚胎数以及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日促黄体生成素(LH)水平、雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于辅助生殖技术中应用拮抗剂方案,可以将Gn使用时间、用量减少,在保证妊娠率和活产率的基础上,以节约治疗时间和成本。Objective To study the advantages of the application of antagonist schemes in the auxiliary reproductive technology.Methods 56 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)for the first time in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received a rectangular plan during the follicular phase,while the study group received an antagonist regimen.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total dose of gonadotropin(Gn)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the Gn days were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pregnancy rate,live birth rate,and incidence of ovarian overstimulation between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the number of retrieved eggs,highquality embryos daily levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups.Conclusion The application of an antagonist solution in the auxiliary reproductive technology can reduce the use time and dosage of Gn.On the basis of ensuring the pregnancy rate and living rate,treatment time and cost can be saved.
