摘　　要：通过对妇女更年期的表现、影响因素及护理干预进行综述,介绍了包括药物治疗和非药物治疗在内的传统护理方法,并着重阐述包括认知行为疗法及替代和补充疗法在内的新的护理进展。旨在为临床实践提供比较全面、系统的参考资料,对提高妇女更年期综合征的护理水平有一定的帮助作用。This paper summarizes the manifestations,influencing factors,and nursing interventions of women's menopause,introduces traditional nursing methods including drug therapy and non-drug therapy,and focuses on the new nursing progress including cognitive behavioral therapy and alternative and complementary therapies.It aims to provide a comprehensive and systematic reference for clinical practice,which is helpful to improve the nursing level of women's menopause syndrome.
