加味秦艽鳖甲散治疗更年期多汗症患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加味秦艽鳖甲散治疗更年期多汗症患者的临床应用效果。方法选取50例更年期多汗症患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各25例。参照组开展常规西药治疗,研究组开展加味秦艽鳖甲散治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、中医证候积分(疲惫乏力、心烦气躁、失眠多梦、头晕头痛)及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床治疗效果优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组疲惫乏力、心烦气躁、失眠多梦、头晕头痛症状积分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对更年期多汗症患者实施加味秦艽鳖甲散治疗,疗效确切,可积极改善患者疲惫乏力、失眠多梦等症状,且治疗方式相对安全,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Gentiana Biejia powder in the treatment of female menopausal hyperhidrosis patients.Methods 50 patients with menopausal hyperhidrosis and divide them into two groups using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the research group received treatment with modified Gentiana Biejia powder.Compare the clinical treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(fatigue,restlessness,insomnia,dizziness,and headache),and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The clinical treatment effect of the research group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The symptom scores of fatigue,restlessness,insomnia,frequent dreaming,dizziness and headache in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of modified Gentiana Biejia powder for the treatment of menopausal hyperhidrosis patients has a definite therapeutic effect,which can actively improve symptoms such as fatigue,insomnia,and dreams.The treatment method is relatively safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
