米索前列醇联合超导可视无痛人流术在合并高危人流因素初孕妇中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究合并高危人流因素的初孕妇应用米索前列醇联合超导可视无痛人流术的价值。方法选取60例行人流术患者,根据手术方法不同分为研究组(米索前列醇+超导可视无痛人流术)、对照组(常规无痛人流术),每组30例,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率96.67%明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。术后,研究组患者健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高危人流因素的初孕妇中,联合应用米索前列醇、超导可视无痛人流术的价值符合研究预期,能够提升扩宫效果与手术质量,有益于患者术后恢复进程,具有较为理想的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of misoprostol combined with superconducting visual painless abortion in first pregnant women with high risk abortion factors.Methods 60 patients undergoing abortion were selected and divided into study group(misoprostol+superconducting visual painless abortion)and control group(conventional painless abortion)according to different surgical methods,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After operation,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the first pregnant women with high risk abortion factors,the value of combined application of misoprostol and superconducting visual painless abortion is in line with the study expectation,can improve the effect of uterine enlargement and surgical quality,and is beneficial to the postoperative recovery process of patients,and has ideal application value.
