经阴道超声检查对多囊卵巢综合征的诊断准确性分析

摘  要:目的探讨经阴道超声检查在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的诊断准确性。方法选取68例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究组,另选取同期进行体检的68例正常女性作为对照组。两组均接受经阴道超声检查,比较两组的检查结果、卵巢动脉血流参数[动脉阻力指数(RI)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、动脉搏动指数(PI)],分析经阴道超声结果的诊断准确率。结果研究组的卵泡数量多于对照组,间质回声增强指数高于对照组,髓质面积较对照组大(P<0.05)。研究组的RI、PI水平低于对照组,EDV水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的各项检查结果准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查可明确患者的卵巢情况,了解其卵巢动脉血流参数,诊断准确率高,具有临床使用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 68 patients with PCOS were selected as the study group,and 68 normal women who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent transvaginal ultrasound examination.The examination results,ovarian artery flow parameters[arterial resistance index(RI),end-diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV),and arterial pulsation index(PI)]of the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound results was analyzed.Results The number of follicles,interstitial echo enhancement index and medullary area in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The RI and PI levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the EDV levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of the test results in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography can determine the ovarian condition of patients and understand the parameters of ovarian artery blood flow.It has high diagnostic accuracy and clinical use value.
