全面护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的评价全面护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用价值。方法选取78例真菌性阴道炎患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。观察组采用全面护理干预,对照组采用常规干预,比较两组阴道炎症状、依从性。结果干预后,观察组症状总分(10.87±0.52)分降低至(2.64±0.47)分,对照组症状总分(10.90±0.47)分降低至(4.93±0.34)分,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性(97.44%)明显高于对照组(84.62%)(P<0.05)。结论在治疗真菌性阴道炎过程中开展全面护理干预具有显著价值,可有效减轻临床症状,提高患者依从性,效果较好。Objective To evaluate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods 78 patients with fungal vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine intervention.The symptoms and compliance of vaginitis were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total symptom score of the observation group(10.87±0.52)points was reduced to(2.64±0.47)points,and the total symptom score of the control group(10.90±0.47)points was reduced to(4.93±0.34)points,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group(97.44%)was significantly higher than that of control group(84.62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis has significant value,can effectively reduce symptoms,improve patient compliance,the effect is good.
