摘　　要：目的分析优质护理联合胎心监护仪监护在分娩产妇中的效果。方法选取70例本院待产产妇,根据随机抽签法分为两组,各35例,均进行胎心监护仪监护,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合优质护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组产程、分娩方式、新生儿出生Apgar评分、产妇不良结局发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产妇自然分娩中进行优质护理联合胎心监护仪监护,有助于缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,提升出生人口质量,确保母婴安全。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing combined with fetal heart rate monitoring in postpartum women.Methods 70 expectant mothers in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases each,both receiving fetal heart rate monitoring.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received a combination of high-quality nursing intervention in the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had better labor process,delivery method,newborn Apgar score,and incidence of adverse gynecological outcomes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fetal heart monitor and quality nursing in natural delivery can help shorten the labor process,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the quality of birth population and ensure the safety of mother and child.
