摘　　要：目的探讨基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理对腹腔镜下妇科手术后患者疼痛程度及住院满意度的影响。方法选取本院妇产科行腹腔镜下妇科手术的82例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,每组41例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理,比较两组患者护理前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、住院满意度评分。结果护理后,研究组VAS评分低于参照组,住院满意度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论实施基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高其住院满意度。Objective To explore the impact of self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain care on the pain level and hospitalization satisfaction of patients after laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods 82 patients who underwent laparoscopic gynecological surgery in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing,while the research group implemented self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain care.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and hospitalization satisfaction score of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the hospitalization satisfaction score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain care can effectively alleviate patient pain and improve their hospitalization satisfaction.
