摘　　要：四川杜氏骨伤科第四代传承人何洪阳教授,治疗腰椎间盘突出症特点突出、疗效显著。本文分别从发病机制、辨证分型、中药内治、推拿要点、腰部练功等方面详细阐述何教授的治疗经验,以供同行分享。Prof.He Hongyang,the fourth generation of Sichuan Du s Orthopedic Traumatology,treats lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with outstanding features and efficacy.In this paper,the valuable experience of Prof.He in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is elaborated from the perspectives of pathogenesis,diagnosis and typing,internal treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,acupressure points,and lumbar practice,etc.,so as to share with peers.
