摘 要:介绍了GB 4943.1-2022中对无线功率发射器的要求及测试方法,分析了测试过程中的难点和注意事项。现行测试方法中仅对无线功率发射器先开启后放金属异物(铝箔、铝环、钢片)和先放金属异物后开启两种情况进行测试,文章基于实际使用情况给出了四种测试状态,完善了之前的测试方法,为今后实验室检测和企业研发提供了参考。同时,基于无线功率发射输出功率大小与异物温度之间的关系,为消费者选用合适的无线功率发射器提供了理论依据。This paper introduces the requirements and test methods of wireless power transmitter in GB 4943.1-2022,and analyzes the difficulties and precautions in the test process.In the current testing method,only two situations are tested:the wireless power transmitter is turned on,and the wireless power transmitter is turned on after the metal foreign body is put in(aluminum foil,aluminum ring and steel sheet).Based on the actual use,this paper gives four testing states,which improves the loopholes of the previous testing methods and provides reference for future laboratory testing and enterprise research and development.At the same time,based on the relationship between the output power of wireless power transmission and the temperature of foreign objects,it provides a basis for consumers to choose the appropriate wireless power transmitter.
