摘  要:提出一种三角阵列式组合光幕坐标测量系统,以解决传统组合光幕靶在坐标测量中存在稳定性差,结构复杂以及成本高等难题。给出了半光强角为3°的发光元件和探测阵列组成的光幕系统设计方案,分析了系统的元器件选型和光幕搭建中探测阵列的工作原理,推导出了三角阵列式组合光幕弹着点坐标的计算方法。研究结果得出在搭建光幕靶架的长宽为1.1 m时,实际光幕测量范围为1 m×1 m,系统可测量直径大于5.7 mm的弹丸;在仿真与对比分析后表明三角阵列式组合光幕坐标测量系统可行。A triangular array combined optical screen coordinates measurement system is proposed to solve the problems of poor stability,complex structure and high cost of traditional combined optical screen target in coordinates measurement.The design scheme of the optical screen system composed of light-emitting elements and detection arrays with 3°half intensity angle is given,the selection of system components and the working principle of detection arrays in the construction of the optical screen are analysed,and the coordinates calculation method of the combined optical screen point of the triangular array-type combined optical screen is deduced.Research result shows that when the length and width of the optical screen target frame are as same as 1.1 m,the actual optical screen measurement range are 1 m × 1 m,the system can measure the diameter of the projectile greater than 5.7 mm.The simulation and comparative analysis show that the triangular array coordinates measurement system is feasible.
