摘 要:基于特厚煤层条件下工作面开采期间区段煤柱合理留设宽度难题,以长治市境内某井工开采矿井61610综放工作面为工程背景,结合现场动态监测、理论计算分析、三维数值模拟研究和工业性应用验证等手段对区段煤柱合理留设宽度进行了分析探讨,结果表明:61610综放工作面超前支承应力在距煤壁147~150 m位置处产生影响,并在距煤壁50 m位置处达到峰值;理论计算确定区段煤柱合理留设宽度取值为10.64~12.4 m;三维数值模拟从垂向应力和塑性区分布的角度分析,指出区段煤柱的合理留设宽度不应该小于10.0 m.现场在61610工作面与其西侧的61612辅运巷之间留设宽度为10.5~11.0 m的区段煤柱,钻孔窥测指明区段煤柱深部区域存在完整的弹性核区间,保证了61612辅运巷沿空掘进和支护顺利进行。Based on the problem of reasonable width of coal pillar in section during the mining of working face under the condition of extremely thick coal seam,taking the 61610 fully mechanized caving face of a mining shaft in Changzhi City as the engineering background,combined with on-site dynamic monitoring,theoretical calculation and analysis,three-dimensional numerical simulation research and industrial application verification,the reasonable width of coal pillar in section is analyzed and discussed.The results show that:The leading bearing stress of 61610 fully mechanized caving face exerts an influence at 147~150 m away from the coal wall,and reaches its peak value at 50 m away from the coal wall.The theoretical calculation determines that the reasonable width of coal pillar in the section is 10.64~12.4 m.The 3D numerical simulation shows that the reasonable width of coal pillar should not be less than 10.0 m from the angle of vertical stress and plastic zone distribution.A section coal pillar with a width of 10.5~11.0 m was set between 61610 working face and 61612 auxiliary transportation lane on the west side of the site.The drilling survey indicated that there was a complete elastic core interval in the deep area of the coal pillar in the section,which ensured the smooth gob-side driving and support of 61612 auxiliary transportation lane.
