摘 要:针对大采高工作面回采期间煤壁发生变形破坏严重的问题,通过理论阐述、数值模拟和物理相似模拟相结合的方法,研究了晋城市境内某矿井61610工作面煤壁的变形破坏影响因素,结果表明:煤壁中煤体的粘聚力较内摩擦角对于煤壁稳定性的影响要大得多;随着煤体粘聚力的不断递增,煤壁中煤体由剪切变形破坏转变为拉裂变形破坏,且在粘聚力较大时煤壁能够保持良好的完整性。随着煤体内摩擦角的不断递增,煤壁中煤体始终保持剪切变形破坏状态,且内摩擦角对于煤壁稳定性的提升效果有限;随着煤壁中煤体粘聚力的增加,煤壁发生严重变形破坏所需要的临界均布载荷值也相应增大,而对应的变形破坏高度和深度却相应减小。研究结果为大采高工作面回采期间煤壁稳定性的提高指出了治理方向。Aiming at the serious problem of coal wall deformation and failure during the mining of large mining height working face,the influencing factors of coal wall deformation and failure of 61610 working face of a mine in Jincheng City are studied by combining theoretical explanation,numerical simulation and physical simulation.The results show that:(1)the cohesive force of coal body in the coal wall has much greater influence on the stability of coal wall than the internal friction angle;(2)with the increasing cohesion of coal,the coal in the coal wall changes from shear deformation to tensile deformation and failure,and the coal wall can maintain good integrity when the cohesion is large.With the increasing of the internal friction angle of coal body,the coal body in the coal wall always keeps shear deformation and failure state,and the internal friction angle has limited effect on the stability of the coal wall.(3)With the increase of coal cohesive force in the coal wall,the critical uniform load required for serious deformation and failure of the coal wall also increases correspondingly,while the corresponding deformation and failure height and depth decrease correspondingly.The research results point out the treatment direction for improving the stability of coal wall during the mining of large mining height working face.
