摘  要:为解决现有阀门电动执行器动态扭矩测试装置中磁粉制动器存在需要频繁更换磁粉和提供负载力矩较低的问题,设计了采用液压制动的阀门电动执行器动态扭矩测试装置,介绍了该测试装置的结构特点和工作原理。该装置使用液压回路提供负载扭矩,可以有效提高装置使用寿命和连续工作时长,同时也有效提高了扭矩测试范围,对后续进一步提高扭矩测试的量程、精度和稳定性具有一定的参考意义。In order to solve the problem of frequent replacement of magnetic powder and low resistance torque in the existing valve electric actuator dynamic torque testing device,a hydraulic brake valve electric actuator dynamic torque testing device was designed.The structural characteristics and working principle of the testing device were introduced.The device uses a hydraulic circuit to provide load torque,which can effectively improve the service life and continuous working time of the device,and also effectively increase the torque testing range.This work has certain reference value for further improving the range,accuracy,and stability of torque testing in the future.
