摘 要:蝶阀是目前被广泛运用于各种流体输运管路的重要流动控制设备,本文研究了大口径三偏心蝶阀在特定工况下的应力强度及应变特性。针对DN3000、PN10规格的三偏心多层次金属密封蝶阀,通过建立其三维模型并利用CFD和有限元分析方法,详细探讨了阀门在自重、内压及扭矩作用下应力场及变形量。结果表明,在内压1.5 MPa下,阀体最大应力为93.3 MPa,蝶板最大应力为288 MPa,且通过应力线性化路径分析确认其应力在限值内;在扭矩400000 N·m的作用下,阀杆上的应力分布均匀,最大值为212 MPa,远低于其许用应力。此外,阀门整体变形量较小,阀体最大变形为0.43 mm,蝶板最大变形为3.8 mm,表明阀门结构具有良好的刚性和密封性能。本文的研究不仅验证了该大口径三偏心蝶阀在内压以及扭矩下的可靠性,也为大口径蝶阀的设计与分析提供了有价值的参考。Butterfly valve is an important flow control equipment widely used in various fluid transportation pipelines, and the stress strength and strain characteristics of large-diameter triple eccentric butterfly valve under specific working conditions are studied.For the DN3000 and PN10 triple eccentric multi-level metal seal butterfly valves, the stress field and deformation of the valve under the action of self-weight, internal pressure and torque were discussed in detail by establishing their three-dimensional models and using CFD and finite element analysis methods.The results show that under the internal pressure of 1.5 MPa, the maximum stress of the valve body is 93.3 MPa, the maximum stress of the butterfly plate is 288 MPa, and the stress is confirmed to be within the limit value by stress linearization path analysis, and the stress distribution on the valve stem is uniform under the action of the torque of 400000 N·m, and the maximum value is 212 MPa, which is much lower than the allowable stress.In addition, the overall deformation of the valve is small, the maximum deformation of the valve body is 0.43 mm, and the maximum deformation of the butterfly plate is 3.8 mm, indicating that the valve structure has good rigidity and sealing performance.The research in this paper not only verifies the reliability of the large-diameter triple eccentric butterfly valve under internal pressure and torque, but also provides a valuable reference for the design and analysis of large-diameter butterfly valve.
