摘  要:针对原有供气系统主切断阀在使用过程中造成的闸板开裂、传动链连接部位无法拆卸、密封面损伤、执行器漏油以及无法智能化管理等现象进行结构与选型优化设计,并在此基础上通过数值模拟的方法对模型的主要部件进行应力、应变分析。结果表明,优化之后的模型受到的应力小,其变形也更小;对其进行出厂验收,强度、密封等性能均满足出厂要求。优化设计后的主切断阀整体结构更加合理,维护性更便利,性能更加可靠,自2022年运行以来,该阀门动作准确,无泄漏现象发生。The structure and selection optimization design are carried out for the phenomena of gate cracking,transmission chain connection parts unable to be disassembled,sealing surface damage,actuator oil leakage and inability to intelligent management caused by the main cut-off valve of the original gas supply system.On this basis,the stress and strain analysis of the main components of the model is carried out by numerical simulation.The results show that the stress of the optimized model is small and the deformation is smaller.Its factory acceptance,strength,sealing and other properties meet the factory requirements.After the optimization design,the overall structure of the main cut-off valve is more reasonable,the maintenance is more convenient,and the performance is more reliable.Since its operation in 2022,the valve has operated accurately and no leakage has occurred.
