摘  要:每年失效的阀门中有将近1/3的比例是由于密封失效,因此对阀门密封面的研究具有重要意义。本文通过理论计算和数值模拟的方法,对球阀的密封垫片进行研究,分析密封面上的密封比压及其分布特性。结果表明,由于结构的不对称造成了密封面上压力分布的不对称,大约有60%区域的密封比压值在必需密封比压和许用密封比压的范围内,密封比压值在密封面宽度方向上呈现出两端大中间小的特点。研究高压大流量球阀的密封比压及其分布,对后续进行结构设计及优化具有重要指导意义。Nearly 1/3 of the valves that fail each year are due to sealing failure,so it is of great significance to study the sealing surface of valves.In this paper,the sealing gasket of ball valve is studied by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,and the sealing specific pressure and its distribution characteristics on the sealing surface are analyzed.The results show that due to the asymmetry of the structure,the pressure distribution on the sealing surface is asymmetric.About 60%of the regional sealing specific pressure value is within the range of the required sealing specific pressure and the allowable sealing specific pressure.The sealing specific pressure value shows the characteristics of large at both ends and small in the middle in the width direction of the sealing surface.Studying the sealing specific pressure and its distribution of high-pressure and large-flow ball valves has important guiding significance for subsequent structural design and optimization.
