摘  要:阀门是工艺系统中不可或缺的设备,用于介质隔离、调节、防逆流、泄压等,而气动阀更是由于可以远程操作、调节性能优异、设计可配置失效安全功能等优点,在核电厂安全相关系统中应用广泛。气动阀的定期诊断是保证阀门能够实现其功能的可靠手段,诊断设备通过输出电流信号控制阀门缓慢的开关,避免受到瞬态的影响,同时采集阀门行程、气动执行机构压力、阀杆扭矩/推力等信息,软件测量或计算出反映阀门状态的各项参数,对阀门执行机构裕量和阀门内部缺陷进行深入的分析。Valve is important equipment in the process system,which is used for medium isolation,regulation,anti-backflow,pressure relief,etc.,while air operated valve(AOV)is widely used in safety-related systems of nuclear power plant because AOV can be operated remotely,have excellent adjustment performance,and which is designed with configurable fail-safe functions.The regular diagnosis of the AOV is a reliable means to ensure that the valve can realize its function,the diagnostic equipment controls the slowly opening and closing of the valve through the output current signal to avoid being affected by transients,and at the same time collects information such as valve stroke,actuator pressure,valve stem torque/thrust,etc.,and the software measures or calculates the parameters that reflect the valve state,and conducts in-depth analysis of the valve actuator margin and valve internal defects.
