摘  要:为提高电磁超声换能器的能量转换效率,降低接收信号中的噪声干扰,本研究对换能器的检测线圈进行了优化。采用印刷电路板方式制造了单层和双层圆形螺旋线圈,利用阻抗分析仪在100 Hz~2 MHz频率范围内对检测线圈进行了电阻抗测试。采用试验验证的方式在平板和管道试样上进行了厚度测量。结果表明,电磁超声技术对于平板和管道试样均具有很高的测厚精度。采用双层检测线圈时,相对于单层线圈试样底面反射波形幅度更高,所接收到信号的信噪比更高,换能器具有更高的能量转换效率。To improve the energy conversion efficiency of electromagnetic ultrasonic transducers and reduce noise interference in received signals,this study optimized the detection coil of the transducer.The single-layer and double-layer circular spiral coils were manufactured by means of printed circuit board,and the impedance of the detection coil was tested by impedance analyzer in the frequency range of 100 Hz~2 MHz.Thickness measurements were conducted on flat and pipeline specimens using experimental verification.The results indicate that electromagnetic ultrasound technology has high thickness measurement accuracy for both flat and pipeline specimens.When using a double-layer detection coil,the amplitude of the reflected waveform on the bottom surface of the sample is higher than that of a single-layer coil,the signal to noise ratio of the received signal is higher,and the transducer has higher energy conversion efficiency.
