摘　　要：本文对城镇燃气管网内检测技术的应用及其存在的技术难点进行了详细阐述。主要分析了低压管道内检测、流量极低燃气管道内检测、单端收发的内检测、无固定收发装置的内检测以及存在无法使用常规内检测器的情况等场景下的技术难点及其解决方案。提出内检测器设计优化、管网调控技术、停输安装临时收发球筒、带压安装临时收发装置、内检测器的灵活变形技术和对管道进行适应性改造等手段的技术创新和提升,可以有效地解决城镇燃气管网内检测面临的各种技术难点。This article discusses the application of inline inspection technology in distribution gas pipelines and the technical difficulties.The technical difficulties and solutions in cases such as inline inspection in low-pressure pipelines,inline inspection with extremely low flow rates,inline inspection with single-side pig receiver,inline inspection without fixed pig receivers,and the situation where conventional inline inspection tools cannot be used are analyzed.Through technical innovation and improvement such as optimizing inline inspection tool design,regulating pipeline flow,installing temporary pig receivers during pipeline shutdowns,flexible deformation technology for inline inspection tools,and adaptive reconstruction of pipelines,the various technical difficulties in inline inspection of distribution gas pipelines can be effectively solved.
