摘　　要：球形储罐是我国化工企业常用的一种储存容器,大多用来储存易燃易爆、有毒有害的气体、液体、液化气体。支柱检验是球形储罐定期检验的一项重要内容,利用渗透检测、磁粉检测对支柱与球壳板角焊缝表面进行无损探伤,同时结合支柱沉降度检查和支柱垂直度检查能很好地检验球罐支柱安全状况,排除安全隐患。Spherical storage tank is a kind of storage container commonly used in chemical enterprises in China,which is mostly used to store flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful gases,liquids and liquefied gases.Pilar inspection is an important part of periodic inspection of spherical tanks.Using penetrant inspection and magnetic particle inspection to carry out nondestructive inspection on the filet weld surface between the pillars and the spherical shell plate,combined with pillar settlement inspection and pillar verticality inspection,the safety status of spherical tank pillars can be well tested and potential safety hazards can be eliminated.
