浅析液化气体铁路罐车紧急切断阀检修技术

摘　　要：紧急切断阀是一种装设在液化气体铁路罐车气、液相出口管道上的安全装置。紧急切断阀主要检修内容包括球阀部分、紧急切断部分、液压油缸部分、凸轮轴部分、整体组装试验(耐压、气密)。本文主要浅析液化气体铁路罐车紧急切断阀各部分组件在检修过程(拆卸、更换)中遇到的问题,以及相应的解决方法。Emergency shut-off valve is a safety device installed on the gas and liquid phase outlet pipelines of liquefied gas railway tankers.The main maintenance contents of the emergency shutoff valve include the ball valve part,emergency shut-off part,hydraulic cylinder part,camshaft part,and overall assembly test(pressure resistance,airtightness).This article mainly analyzes the problems encountered in the maintenance process(disassembly and replacement)of various components of the emergency cut-off valve of liquefied gas railway tank cars,and corresponding solutions.
