一起更换电梯轿顶反绳轮轴承引发的事故案例分析

摘　　要：在对一有机房曳引驱动乘客电梯进行轿厢顶部反绳轮轴承更换时,发生轿厢和人员高空坠落事故。经现场勘察分析,认定此次事故是因为维修工人违反公司作业工艺文件的规定,未按照公司有机房乘客电梯轿顶反绳轮轴承更换工艺流程作业,缺乏相关安全意识,未佩戴安全带,因轿厢失去悬挂力,高空坠落而导致发生人员坠落的事故。笔者对作业过程的违规情况进行了具体分析,并从电梯维护保养单位质量安全管理的方面提出了需改进提高的措施建议。A high-altitude falling accident occurred when maintenance personnel were replacing the anti-rope wheel bearing on the top of the car of a traction driven passenger elevator with machine room.After on-site investigation and analysis,it was determined that the accident was due to the maintenance workers'failure to follow the company's operating procedures and in accordance with the provisions of the company's operating technology documents for replacing the anti-rope wheel and anti-rope wheel bearings on the passenger elevator roof,lack of safety awareness,not wearing a seat belt,because the car lost its suspension power fall from height and lead to the accident of falling personnel.This paper analyzes the irregularities in the working process,and advances some measures for improving the quality and safety management of elevator maintenance units.
