经络刮痧联合中药热奄包改善慢性心力衰竭患者营养状况的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经络刮痧联合中药热奄包改善慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者营养状况的疗效观察。方法选取医院2022年10月~2024年4月收治的CHF伴食欲减退患者100例,以随机数表法分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例);对照组予常规干预,观察组基于对照组予经络刮痧联合中药热奄包干预;对比两组营养状况、疲乏状态、生活质量及不良发应。结果干预后,观察组血红蛋白、前白蛋白、总白蛋白水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组简短疲乏量表(BFI)评分较对照组低,WHO生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CHF患者采用经络刮痧联合中药热奄包干预可改善营养状况,减轻疲乏状态,提升生活质量,且安全性好。Objective To observe the effect of Jingluo Gua Sha combined with Reaobao on improving the nutritional status of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 100 patients with CHF with anorexia admitted to hospital from October 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with meridian and collateral-gua sha combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reai Bao intervention.The nutritional status,fatigue status,quality of life and adverse symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin,prealbumin and total albumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BFI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the WHOQOL-BREF score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention of meridian Gua Sha combined with Remai Bao can improve the nutritional status,reduce fatigue,and improve the quality of life in CHF patients with good safety.
