中青年晚期癌症患者配偶预期性悲伤危险因素及护理对策

摘　　要：目的调查中青年晚期癌症患者配偶预期性悲伤危险因素,以探究临床实践的护理对策。方法采用中文版预期性悲伤量表、照顾负担量表、心理韧性量表以及社会支持评定量表对252名中青年晚期癌症患者的配偶实施问卷调查。结果接受调查的患者配偶预期性悲伤得分为(86.03±10.10)分,女性患者配偶、以及文化水平低、社会支持水平低、心理韧性差、患者知晓病情程度低、患者疾病诊断更严重的中青年癌症晚期患者配偶是该群体预期性悲伤的影响因素。结论对于中青年晚期患者的配偶,由于其预期性悲伤水平较高,医护人员应在护理的过程中对女性以及文化、社会支持水平低、心理韧性差、患者疾病诊断更严重、知晓病情程度低的中青年癌症晚期患者配偶群体重点关注,并根据需求采取有效、有针对性的干预措施。Objective To investigate the risk factors of anticipatory grief in spouses of middle-aged and young patients with advanced cancer,so as to explore the nursing countermeasures in clinical practice.Methods The Chinese version of the anticipatory Grief Scale,the Care Burden Scale,the mental resilience scale and the social support rating Scale were used to investigate the spouses of 252 middle-aged and young patients with advanced cancer.Results The anticipatory sadness score of the spouses of the surveyed patients was 86.03±10.10.The spouses of the female patients,the spouses of the young and middle-aged patients with advanced cancer with low education level,low social support level,poor mental toughness,low awareness of the disease,and more serious diagnosis of the disease were the influencing factors of anticipatory sadness in this group.Conclusion For spouses of young and middle-aged patients with advanced cancer,due to their higher levels of anticipatory grief,healthcare professionals should focus on women and the group of spouses of young and middle-aged patients with advanced cancer who have low levels of culture and social support,poor psychological resilience,a more severe diagnosis of the patient's disease,and a low level of knowledge of the disease in the course of care,and adopt effective,targeted interventions according to needs.
