摘 要:某泵站因水源泥沙含量较多,现状采用圆形集水池进水,因其空间较小导致运行时池内水流流态较紊乱,易引发泵站机组汽蚀破坏的问题。为此,以三维水动力数值模拟为主要手段,采用RNGκ-ε紊流模型,模拟了改造前后泵站内的水流流态,对比分析了不同改造方案下泵站前池和进水管内不同位置处的水动力特性。结果表明,将圆形集水池改造为整体式矩形泵站前池,并将现状分水渠与前池连接处的孔口出流改为明渠出流,可显著改善池内水流流态;三种前池布置优化方案对流速大小、流速旋角及均匀程度的改善幅度接近;截面平均流速和进水管口处流速旋角等指标可对泵站前池方案比选进行定量评价。Due to large sediment content in water source,a pumping station currently uses round sumps for water intake.Due to its small space,the water flow pattern in sumps is disordered during operation,which is easy to cause cavitation damage to pumping station units.Taking three-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical simulation as main means,RNGκ-εturbulence model was used to simulate the water flow pattern in pumping station before and after reconstruction.The hydrodynamic characteristics at different positions in pumping station forebay and intake pipes were compared under different reconstruction schemes.The results show that the water flow pattern in the forebay can be significantly improved by reconstructing round sumps into a holistic rectangular pumping station forebay and changing orifice flow at the connection between the current division channels and forebay into open channel flow;The three forebay optimization layout schemes proposed have similar improvement amplitude in velocity size,velocity rotation angle and uniformity degree;The cross section average velocity and velocity rotation angle at intake pipe can be used to quantitatively evaluate the reconstruction project scheme of pumping station forebay.
