摘 要:锆钛酸铅(Pb(Zr_(x)Ti_(1-x))O_(3),简称PZT)压电陶瓷纤维具有大长径比、压电性能高等特点,但现有的极化工艺在轴向方向只能对几毫米压电陶瓷纤维进行极化,导致压电陶瓷纤维无法获得优异的压电性能。本文借助高温空气极化方法,确定了最佳极化条件,成功对长度为80mm,直径为0.25mm的PZT压电纤维进行整体极化,性能相较于传统极化工艺提升42.86%,接近块状PZT压电纤维常规极化的d_(33)上限420p C·N^(-1)Lead zirconate titanate (Pb (Zr_xTi_(1-x))O_3,short for PZT) piezoelectric ceramic fiber has the characteristics of large length-to-fine ratio and high piezoelectric properties,but the existing polarization process can only polarize a few millimeters of piezoelectric ceramic fiber in the axial direction,resulting in the piezoelectric fiber can not obtain excellent piezoelectric properties.In this paper,the optimal polarization conditions were determined by using the high-temperature air polarization method.The PZT piezoelectric fiber with a length of80mm and a diameter of 0.25mm was successfully polarized as a whole.The performance of the PZT piezoelectric fiber was improved by 42.86% compared with the traditional polarization process,and the d_(33)upper limit of the conventional polarization of the PZT fiber was close to 420p C·N~(-1).
