摘 要:针对一体化井筒准备作业中岩屑通过通井规效果差,导致通井规携屑能力低的问题,以携屑能力为性能指标,采用正交试验法对通井规进行结构优化设计,得到了最优结构参数:过流道深度6 mm、过流道螺旋角度80°、过流道宽度40 mm、扶正套锥角11°;同时以最优结构参数对通井规作业参数进行优选,优选出最佳作业参数:循环排量1.1 m^(3)/min、转速60 r/min。研究结果表明,对通井规结构参数优化和作业参数优选,提高了通井规携屑能力,为通井规结构参数和工况参数的优化研究提供了参考,具有指导和借鉴意义。Aiming to address the issue of the limited effectiveness of rock chips passing through the well gauge during the integrated wellbore preparation operation,which results in a reduced chip-carrying capacity of the well gauge,a structural optimization design of the well gauge was implemented through the use of an orthogonal test method,with the chip-carrying capacity serving as the performance index,and the optimal structural parameters were identified.The following parameters were obtained:the depth of the flow-through channel is 6 mm,the helix angle of the flow-through channel is 80°,the width of the flow-through channel is 40 mm,and the cone angle of the correcting sleeve is 11°.Furthermore,the optimal structural parameters were optimized and selected for the well gauge.In addition,the optimal structural parameters were employed to optimize the operating parameters of the well gauge,resulting in the selection of the optimal operating parameters:a circulating displacement of 1.1 m^(3)/min and a rotational speed of 60 r/min.The results of the study demonstrate that the optimization of the structural parameters of the well gauge and the optimal selection of the operating parameters enhance the chip-carrying capacity of the well gauge,thereby providing a reference point for the optimization of the structural parameters of the well gauge and the operating parameters of the well gauge,which is of significant guidance and reference value.
