摘　　要：为了更加高效地打击惩治犯罪、抓获犯罪嫌疑人,推进技术侦查措施证据使用的法治化进程,通过对技术侦查措施所涉信息材料作为证据使用的典型案件展开评述解读,可以发现通过技术侦查措施所获取的材料能否作为证据使用、如何作为证据使用在实务中存在一定的分歧,可以从技术侦查措施所涉信息材料的证据转化和作为证据使用的灵活变通措施出发分析技术侦查措施所涉信息材料作为证据使用的现存方式,从而对技术侦查措施所涉信息材料作为证据使用进行深入讨论。In order to more efficiently combat crimes,arrest criminal suspects,and promote the process of legalization of the use of evidence for technical investigation measures,the typical cases in which information materials involved in technical investigation measures are used as evidence are reviewed and interpreted.It can be found that there are some differences in practice on whether and how the materials obtained through technical investigation measures can be used as evidence.The existing ways of using the information materials involved in technical investigation measures as evidence can be analyzed from the perspective of the evidence transformation of the information materials involved in technical investigation measures and the flexible measures used as evidence.Thus,the use of information materials involved in technical investigation measures as evidence is discussed in depth.
