摘 要:2016年的公安院校公安专业毕业生就业政策实施后,公安专业毕业生入警率显著增加,公安队伍人力资源结构实现科学配置,公安队伍的稳定发展得以保障。从现行就业政策实施效果看,在公安机关人民警察招录程序和内容、公安院校招生与公安机关招警的协调机制、特殊岗位和特殊对象的人民警察招录保障措施等方面还存在问题。紧密结合公安机关人民警察招录工作的新要求,进一步提升人民警察招录内容和环节的统一规范性,健全公安院校招生与公安部门招警政策联动衔接的工作机制,完善边远地区、特殊岗位和特殊对象的招警保障措施,持续提高公安院校公安专业毕业生就业政策的实施效果。Since the implementation of the current employment policy for graduates of public security major in police colleges,the rate of graduates of public security major entering the public security organ has increased significantly,the human resource structure of the police force has been scientifically allocated,and the stable development of the police force has been guaranteed.However,judging from the implementation effect of the current employment policy,there are still certain problems in the procedures and contents of police recruitment in public security organs,the coordination mechanism between student enrollment by police colleges and police recruitment by public security organs,and the recruitment guarantee measures for special positions and special objects.Closely combined with new requirements of the people’s police recruitment work in public security organs,we should further improve the unified standardization of police recruitment,perfect the linkage between the enrollment scale of public security majors in police colleges and the recruitment scale of public security organs,and improve police recruitment guarantee measures for special positions and objects,in order to continuously optimize the implementation effectiveness of the employment policy for graduates of public security major in police colleges.
