摘　　要：大数据时代,在职民警培训强化数据素养提升具有重要意义。目前,在职民警培训存在对数据素养认识不足,培训课程固化无法满足实战需求,数据素养教育的专业性门槛较高,以及师资力量不足等问题。在职民警培训工作应当及时转变培训组织者和学习者的数据理念,丰富、完善数据素养提升课程设置,以线上与线下相结合的形式开设培训课程,充实数据素养提升师资力量。In the era of big data,it is of great significance to integrate data literacy improvement into in-service police training.At present,there are some problems in in-service police training,such as insufficient understanding of data literacy,solidification of training courses that cannot meet actual combat needs,high professional threshold of data literacy education and lack of teachers.In-service police training should timely change the data concept of training organizers and learners,enrich and improve the curriculum for data literacy improvement,set up training courses in the form of the combination of online and offline,and increase the teachers for data literacy improvement.
