摘 要:针对“双碳”背景下分布式可再生电源大规模接入配电网,带来峰谷差加剧、节点电压越限等问题,提出一种考虑有功无功协调优化的配电网储能与静止无功补偿器配置方案。首先,分析储能调节有功无功实现调峰、调压的作用;然后,兼顾经济与技术目标,构建储能与静止无功补偿器多目标优化配置模型,利用多目标遗传算法寻优,获得储能与静止无功补偿器最优配置与运行策略;最后,基于IEEE33节点系统开展算例对比分析,在不同设备成本情况下与设置的两组对照方案进行比较,结果表明,本文所提方案可进一步提高系统经济性及改善电压越限等问题。Under the background of“Double-carbon”,distributed renewable power sources are connected to distribu-tion network on a large scale,which brings problems such as intensified peak-valley difference and node voltage exceed-ing the limit.Therefore,a configuration scheme for energy storage and static var compensator(SVC)in distribution net-work considering active and reactive power coordinated optimization is proposed.First,the role of energy storage in reg-ulating active and reactive power to achieve peak regulation and voltage regulation is analyzed.Then,considering the economic and technical objectives,a multi-objective optimal configuration model of energy storage and SVC is con-structed.The optimal configuration and operation strategy for energy storage and SVC is obtained by using the non-domi-nated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II).Finally,a comparative analysis of an example based on an IEEE 33-node system is carried out.Compared with the two sets of control schemes with different equipment costs,the result shows that the proposed scheme can further improve the system economy and the voltage limit.
