摘 要:为通过装设电压暂降在线监测,获得影响敏感负荷正常运行的电压暂降信息,提出一种面向用户敏感负荷的电压暂降在线监测点配置方法。首先,形成负荷可观矩阵,用于描述电压暂降事件发生时各敏感负荷的失效情况;然后,以监测点数量最小为目标,以导致敏感负荷失效的电压暂降事件信息不丢失为约束,建立电压暂降在线监测点优化配置模型;其次,定义监测方案的监测准确度和监测信息冗余度为评价配置方案效果的指标;最后,以IEEE33节点系统和某实际用户供配电系统为例,验证所提方法的实用性。The main purpose of installing online voltage sag monitors is to obtain the information about voltage sag that affects the normal operation of sensitive loads.In this paper,a placement method for online voltage sag monitors orient-ed to users’sensitive loads is proposed.First,a load observable matrix is formed to describe the failure of each sensi-tive load when a voltage sag event occurs.Second,with the objective of minimizing the number of monitors and the con-straint of not losing the information about the voltage sag events that lead to the failure of sensitive loads,an optimal placement model of online voltage sag monitors is established.Third,the monitoring accuracy and monitoring informa-tion redundancy of the monitoring scheme are defined as indexes to evaluate the effect of the placement scheme.Final-ly,the practicality of the proposed method is validated by an IEEE 33-bus system and an example of one actual power supply and distribution system.
