摘  要:为解决风电机组大规模并网导致的电力系统转动惯量降低的问题,提出考虑风电机组动态频率约束的随机机组组合(SUC)模型。首先分别分析综合惯性控制和虚拟同步发电机控制下的系统的动态频率特性,并以此建立考虑风电机组的系统频率约束模型。然后,将频率约束模型嵌入到SUC中,在含多个风电场的IEEE118节点系统进行算例仿真。结果表明,所提出的SUC模型能够有效确保电力系统所需的惯性。To solve the problem of reduced rotational inertia of power system caused by the large-scale grid-connection of wind turbines,a stochastic unit commitment(SUC)model considering dynamic frequency constraints of wind tur-bines is proposed.First,the dynamic frequency characteristics of the system under synthetic inertial control and virtual synchronous generator control are analyzed respectively,and a system frequency constraint model considering wind tur-bines is established accordingly.Then,the frequency constraint model is embedded into the SUC,and an IEEE 118-node system with multiple wind farms is taken as a numerical example.Simulation results show that the proposed SUC model can effectively ensure the inertia required by the power system.
