长春-公主岭同城化地区城镇化质量评价及对策研究

摘　　要：同城化是区域经济一体化发展的有效手段。在新型城市化背景下,推进长春与公主岭同城化高效发展,是长春都市圈未来发展面临的重要问题。从三个维度构建城镇化质量评价指标体系,首先利用熵值法综合评价2010-2019年长春-公主岭同城化区域城镇化质量,其次利用耦合协调度模型分别计算长公两地城镇发展质量-城镇化推进效率-城镇协调程度的内部耦合协调度,最后有针对性地提出长春-公主岭区域城镇化质量提升策略。为构建“长春-公主岭同城化协同发展”的城市发展格局提供依据。Urban integration is an effective means of integrated regional economic development.In the context of new urbanization,promoting the efficient development of co-location between Changchun and Gongzhuling is an important issue facing the future development of Changchun metropolitan area.The urbanization quality evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions:urban development quality,urbanization promotion efficiency,and urban-rural coordination degree,and firstly,the entropy value method is used to comprehensively evaluate the urbanization quality of Changchun-Gongzhuling co-location region from 2010 to 2019,and secondly,the coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate the intermal coupling coordination degree of urban development quality-urbanization promotion efficiency-urban coordination degree of Changgong respectively and finally,we propose strategies to improve the quality of urbanization in Changchun-Gongzhuling Area.This study provides a basis for constructing the urban development patterm of"Changchun-Gongzhuling urbanization synergistic development",
