摘　　要：新时代多彩贵州民族特色文化强省和铸牢中华民族共同体意识模范省建设目标的提出,对贵州铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法治建构提出了更高要求。目前贵州尚存在“法律明白人”和法治人才培育难、民族文化多样性影响群众法治认同、经济发展水平制约“红石榴”法治文化阵地建设、民族法律法规实施与执行难等现实困境。对此,通过“法律明白人骨干”赋能人才建构、以“村+”为载体增进社会主义法治文化认同、“黔系列”品牌助推经济发展和法治文化阵地建设、“红石榴+X”推动民族法律法规实施,可为贵州铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法治建构提供人才、思想、经济和制度保障。In the new era,Guizhou is a strong province with ethnic characteristics and culture and a model province with a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.At present,there are still practical difficulties in Guizhou,such as the difficulty of cultivating “people who understand the law” and rule of law talents,the influence of ethnic cultural diversity on the people's recognition of the rule of law,the difficulty of economic development restricting the construction of the “red pomegranate” rule of law cultural front,and the difficulty in the implementation and enforcement of ethnic laws and regulations.In this regard,through the “backbone of people who understand the law” to empower the construction of talents,to enhance the cultural identity of the socialist rule of law with “village +” as the carrier,to promote economic development and the construction of the rule of law cultural position with the “Guizhou series” brand,and to promote the implementation of national laws and regulations with “red pomegranate + X”,it can provide talent,ideological,economic and institutional guarantees for the construction of the rule of law in Guizhou to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
