基于经筋-筋膜浅析李德华刃针松解治疗面瘫后遗症经验

摘　　要：面瘫后遗症是临床常见的顽疾,目前中西医治疗都很棘手,严重影响患者身心健康。李德华教授立足于刃针松解调控筋膜网络生物力学微环境,结合经筋理论对面瘫后遗症的认识,采用刃针松解来治疗面瘫后遗症,临床疗效确切。本文基于经筋-筋膜理论浅析刃针松解治疗面瘫后遗症经验,以供同道探讨。Sequelae of facial paralysis is a common intractable disease,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Based on the regulation of the biomechanical microenvironment of the fascial network and Jingjin theory,Professor Li Dehua used blade needle to treat the sequelae of facial paralysis.Its clinical efficacy was satisfactory.Based on the theory of Jingjin-Fascia,this paper analyzed Professor Li Dehua's experience in the treatment of facial paralysis sequelae with blade needle therapy,so as to provide reference for colleagues.
