摘 要:注氮气三次采油已作为油气田增产的重要开发方式,随着注气规模的增加,气窜问题严重,因此在修井作业过程中应重点加强对安全风险的控制。通过对某注氮气井修井过程中发生的溢流事故案例深入分析,明确了修井作业过程中溢流发生原因并提出了相应预防措施,应用后取得了实效,应用结果可为同类作业的风险防控提供借鉴和参考。Nitrogen injection tertiary oil recovery has become an important development method for oil and gas field production.With the increase of gas injection scale,the problem of gas channeling is serious,which makes it very important to control the safety risk during workover operation.Through the in-depth analysis of the overflow accident case in the workover process of a nitrogen injection well,the causes of overflow in the workover process were clarified and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.Effective results were obtained after application,and the application results can provide reference for the risk prevention and control of similar operations.
